The City of Moose Jaw regulates the use of signage in the City for the purpose of safety and aesthetics. The goal is to ensure the use and placement of signs does not create a hazard for pedestrians or motorists, that signs are well maintained and that the number of signs does not affect the attractiveness of the City.
Sign Permits are required to install new signs on a property or building in Moose Jaw. Section 11 of the City of Moose Jaw Zoning Bylaw regulates the size, number, location and character of signage in the City.
In order to apply for a Sign Permit, a completed application form, detailed drawing of the sign, site plan and application fee must be submitted.
