Need to make changes to the information on your Property Tax Account?

The customer ownership change form below can be used to make changes to the information on your Property Tax account.  Some of the possible changes that can be done with this form are:

• Ownership changes
• Name changes
• Education Tax School Support changes

The customer contact info change form can be used for the following updates:

• Mailing address changes
• Phone number changes
• Email address changes

Please note if there is more than one owner each property owner must fill in the required information and sign the forms.
