CROSS-COUNTRY SKI TRAILS
Cross Country Skiing is a popular winter activity in Moose Jaw. In partnership with Wakamow Valley Authority and the City of Moose Jaw, the Moose Jaw XC Ski Club maintains two cross-country ski trails. Access to the trail is located in River Park Campground on River Drive or Wellesley Park on Wilton Drive in Wakamow Valley. Each trail is a different length with the green trail at 1.4km and the blue trail at 3.7 km. Each trail is complemented by the scenic beauty of Wakamow Valley and utilizes the hills and trees to produce groomed trails. On designated trails, no pets, horses, hiking, walking, snowshoeing, bikes or motorized vehicles to protect the groomed trail. On shared use trail, please stay off the ski track if not skiing.
