Lost and Found
As we’ve all experienced, from time to time some of our personal possessions will wander away from us during our travels. Our operators endeavour to collect these items as they are turned in or as they find them on board.
All of the wandering items that are rescued on our buses are turned in to the Office on a daily basis. We try to reunite lost items with their rightful owners, but you can help us help you.
- Label your items
- Call the office if you believe your possessions have wandered away from you.
- Reclaim your possessions promptly
Found items will be disposed of in a cost effective manner if they are not claimed within one (1) year of being found. (For health reasons, food items will be disposed of within a maximum of two business days.)
