MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw advises that construction under the 2022 Water Main Replacement Program continues at the following locations:

Saskatchewan St E – Main St to 2nd Ave NE 

Main St N is currently open at this time. NIS is planning to complete their tie-in work on Main St N beginning Monday, May 16^th, 2022 in conjunction with a Public Works closure for a sewer repair. The closure of the intersection of Main St./Saskatchewan St. is estimated to be in effect May 16 until May 27^th, 2022 weather permitting. 1^st Ave NE intersection is currently closed, while the 2^nd Ave NE intersection is currently open.

Grandview St W – 6^th Ave SW to 9^th Ave SW

6^th Ave NW intersection still remains open, 7^th Ave NW and 8^th Ave NW intersections are closed. 9^th Ave NW intersection is open.

Other locations selected for water main replacement in 2022 are:

• Athabasca St E from 2nd Ave NE to 3rd Ave NE
• 2^nd Ave NE Athabasca St. E to Hochelaga St. E
• 1^st Ave NW from Caribou St. W to Laurier St.
• Main St. S from Grandview St. to Home St.
• Grandview St. E from Main St. S to 1^st Ave SE
