MOOSE JAW – Moose Jaw residents are invited to give their opinions on potential transit, cycling and micro-mobility solutions with the latest Transportation Master Plan (TMP) survey.

In the 2023 Municipal Budget, Moose Jaw City Council approved the creation of a Transportation Master Plan, and the City has partnered with KGS Group to assist in the Plan’s development.

The TMP will establish a comprehensive plan for future transportation investments in the city. The Plan will address travel by all modes, including pedestrians, cyclists, transit, passenger car and commercial trucks and will focus on addressing transportation safety, operations, and capacity issues.

The engagement process includes open house information sessions, meetings with stakeholders and public surveys. The first survey was conducted this past summer, and now residents can take the second survey that contains more detailed questions surrounding potential transit, cycling and micro-mobility solutions.

The survey is available through Wednesday, November 15 at 11:59 p.m. and can be accessed directly with this link, the survey button on the free City of Moose Jaw app or by using the link on the City’s engagement web page: www.moosejaw.ca/notoriouslyengaged. If you are a resident without a computer but would like to take the survey, the Moose Jaw Public Library reminds you they have multiple computer stations that can be accessed free of charge.
