MOOSE JAW, SK- The City of Moose Jaw advises residents that traffic restrictions will be in place to accommodate a sewer project that begins January 4, 2024, on Main Street South.

Southbound traffic on Main Street South will be temporarily blocked at Grandview St., and detours will be in place. Truck traffic will be detoured to 9th Avenue SW to access Highway 2 South. This work is expected to be finished by January 7, 2024, weather permitting.

Drivers are asked to exercise caution while the project is taking place and to follow temporary detour signs until the work is complete. A reminder to drivers that illegally entering a temporarily closed road could result in a $150 fine.

The City of Moose Jaw thanks you for your cooperation and patience during this phase of construction. If you have any further questions, please use the ‘Report An Issue’ feature on the free City App or at MooseJaw.ca.
