MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw advises that the west entrance to Thatcher Crossing on Thatcher Drive East will be temporarily closed to traffic beginning Wednesday, May 5, 2021.

The closure is required for contractors to perform directional drilling to install a water line for the new Canadian Tire development at 250 Thatcher Drive East. No lanes of traffic on Thatcher Drive will be blocked, but the speed limit will be reduced to 40 km/hr in the construction zone.

All Thatcher Crossing businesses remain open and access is available via the east entrance.

The west access road is anticipated to be open by Saturday, May 22, 2021, weather permitting.

The City of Moose Jaw asks drivers to obey all posted signage and exercise caution in construction zones for the safety of everyone.
