MOOSE JAW – Construction of the new intersection and median to serve the new Canadian Tire development on Thatcher Drive East is nearing completion.

Median construction is in the final stages and paving of the new eastbound turn lane is expected to be complete by September 21, 2021 (weather permitting).

Crews are also finishing necessary underground construction at the intersection, and it is also anticipated to be complete by September 21, 2021 (weather permitting).

Lane and speed restrictions will remain in the construction zone until work is complete. The City asks all drivers to obey posted signage and exercise caution on construction zones for the safety of everyone.
