Moose Jaw, SK – Today (September 17), Premier Scott Moe and Mayor Fraser Tolmie participated in a joint sod-turning event to launch construction of a new High Service Reservoir Pumphouse. Full details can be found with the official Government of Saskatchewan media release, found here.
