MOOSE JAW, SK – The City of Moose Jaw advises that the annual Street Cleaning Program is progressing, with City crews scheduled to continue overnight cleaning starting at 9 pm on Sunday, May 24, 2026.

For a list of upcoming zones, including both residential and commercial areas, see the Street Cleaning Page on MooseJaw.ca.

While residential street cleaning is typically conducted during daytime hours, the upcoming schedule has been adjusted to nighttime operations. This change is necessary to allow the water truck to be used during the day for magnesium chloride dust control operations.

We appreciate residents’ understanding and cooperation during this temporary adjustment. Once dust control activities are complete, residential cleaning is expected to return to its regular daytime schedule.

The City offers these reminders to residents to help ensure successful street cleaning operations in their neighbourhoods:

• Watch for orange cones & signage located in the street/parking lane to advise of upcoming operations on your street.
• Do not park on the street during operations on your residential street.
• Pass on the information to your neighbours.

In addition to the Street Cleaning Page on MooseJaw.ca, schedules for upcoming street cleaning areas are being posted on the City’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, X) and the City News section on both MooseJaw.ca and the City of Moose Jaw app.

Residents are asked to stay away from City crews and follow all temporary signage for the safety of everyone. No more #NotoriouslyClose calls. For more information, including enforcement of No Parking signage, visit the City of Moose Jaw’s Street Cleaning page on the City’s website.
