The Council of the City of Moose Jaw intends to consider a bylaw pursuant to The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend the City of Moose Jaw’s Zoning Bylaw No. 5346.
The purpose of the amendment is to rezone approximately 12 acres of land located at 250 Thatcher Drive East (Exhibition Grounds). The bylaw amendment will change the lands from CS – Community Service/Institutional District to C3 – Vehicle Oriented Commercial District, to facilitate the sale and development of the lands for commercial use.
A map and copy of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected by any interested person at Planning and Development Services, 3rd Floor City Hall, 228 Main Street North, from February 3rd, 2020 to February 24th, 2020 from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Any written comments or submissions must be received by Planning and Development Services, 228 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3J8, by 10:00 AM on Monday, February 24th, 2020 in person or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
