NOTICE OF DISCRETIONARY USE APPLICATION
The City of Moose Jaw, pursuant to Zoning Bylaw No. 5346 is considering a discretionary use application as described below:
Civic Address: 76 Lancaster Road
Legal Description: Lots 19-24, Blocks 4 Plan No. 81MJ08260 Ext 0
Application: The applicant is proposing to utilize the subject lots as an extension to their proposed light industrial manufacturing facility. The subject lots are vacant and proposed to be utilized for storage of assembled products. The subject lots are zoned C3 – Vehicle-Oriented Commercial District.
The application, and any respresentations, will be considered by City Council on September 12th, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 228 Main Street North.
