Newly Resurfaced Moose Jaw Tennis Club Courts Officially Open

MOOSE JAW – Today, the City of Moose Jaw and Moose Jaw Tennis Club celebrated the opening of the Tennis Club’s newly resurfaced courts.

The new tennis court surface project was completed in partnership between the City of Moose Jaw and the Moose Jaw Tennis Club. The $139,348.29 project was funded through 50% cost sharing between the two organizations. Moose Jaw City Council approved the allocation of funds for this project in the 2022 Budget.

The Moose Jaw Tennis Club courts were last resurfaced in 2012. With proper maintenance, the surfacing repairs are anticipated to last another 10 years.

The Moose Jaw Tennis Club first opened in 1911 and maintains a longstanding relationship with the City of Moose Jaw.
