New Story Trail Opens On South Hill
October 29, 2021
Moose Jaw, SK – The City of Moose Jaw is pleased to announce the opening of a Story Trail on South Hill!
The new Story Trail, which is fully accessible and pre-lit, is located at the corner of Coteau St. West and 16th Ave SW and runs along the Rotary Trail.
The Story Trail was made possible with funding provided by Saskatchewan Lotteries, Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association, KidsFirst and the Moose Jaw Early Years Family Resource Centre.
Right now, you can read the ‘Pumpkin Town’ story for Halloween, and the Early Years Family Resource Centre will regularly update the stories.
The City encourages you to either walk, run, stroll or roll down the trail, allowing you to stay #NotoriouslyActive while enjoying a good book along the way.
This is the second Story Trail in Moose Jaw. Check out moosejawrfc.ca or https://www.facebook.com/moosejawfrc to find the Early Years Family Resource Centre Story Trail on North Hill!
Get a mini-virtual look at the Story Trail with the latest episode of the City’s Notorious Jawcast. The Story Trail piece begins at the 45:30 mark.
