MOOSE JAW, SK – The City of Moose Jaw advises the Main Street N and Fairford Street intersection will be closed starting January 28, 2025, to repair the watermain.

The work is expected to last two days, weather permitting. Both the north and southbound lanes of Main Street as well as the east and westbound lanes on Fairford Street will be blocked to complete the work within the intersection.

For the duration of the closure, the Transit transfer points (bus stops) normally located at Main St. and High St. will be relocated to the east side of the Moose Jaw Events Centre on 1st Avenue NW. Residents can find directions and closure information posted directly on bus stop signs.

The City asks that all drivers remain outside of the barricades and follow all temporary signage for the safety of everyone. No more #NotoriouslyClose calls.

If you require assistance during this project, please use the ‘Report an Issue’ function on the City’s website or the free City app.
