Moose Jaw, SK – The City of Moose Jaw invites all residents to get #NotoriouslyActive this June in celebration of Parks and Recreation Month.

In partnership with Wakamow Valley, the City has developed a Notoriously Active Calendar showcasing a wide range of recreational activities available throughout Moose Jaw. Residents are encouraged to participate by taking selfies while engaging in any of the listed activities and sharing their photos on social media. Be sure to tag the City of Moose Jaw on Instagram, Facebook, or X and include the hashtags #NotoriouslyActiveJPRM and #CityMJ for a chance to win exciting prizes.

Additionally, residents are encouraged to take part in the ParticipACTION Community Challenge.  This national physical activity and sport initiative encourages everyone in Canada to get active throughout June, ultimately recognizing Canada’s Most Active Community and awarding it $100,000 to support local physical activity and sport initiatives.
