MOOSE JAW – Donald’s Fine Foods, owners of Thunder Creek Pork in Moose Jaw, have donated 200,000 non-medical masks to be used by Moose Javians.
Donald’s Fine Foods has asked the City of Moose Jaw to distribute the masks within Moose Jaw, with an emphasis on non-profit groups.
“We thank Donald’s Fine Foods and the team at Thunder Creek Pork for this incredibly generous donation to our community,” said Mayor Fraser Tolmie. “We appreciate their commitment to the health and well-being of Moose Javians through this difficult time.”
Thousands of masks have already been allocated to organizations like the Salvation Army, Riverside Mission and Moose Jaw & District Food Bank. Masks will also be distributed to Moose Jaw small businesses.
