The City of Moose Jaw, pursuant to Zoning Bylaw No. 5346 is considering a discretionary use application as described below:

Civic Address: 1744 Main Street N

Legal Description: Lot 6, Blk/Par 1, Plan No. 75MJ12356, Ext 0

Application: The applicant is proposing to use the property at 1744 Main St N as a Contractor Office and Yard.  The property is zoned C3 – Vehicle-Oriented Commercial District.

The application, and any representations, will be considered by City Council on Monday, May 27, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 228 Main Street North.
