MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw’s Cultural Diversity Committee is inviting local organizations, businesses, and the general public to an informational event regarding the creation of a Community Cultural Plan in Moose Jaw.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 6:30p.m. and will address:

• What is a community cultural plan and why is it important?
• How can Moose Jaw benefit from a cultural plan?
• Why is community and stakeholder engagement essential in developing a cultural plan?
• What steps have other communities taken to adopt a cultural plan?

Moose Jaw residents interested in attending the virtual event can register by emailing: noegema@moosejaw.ca or by calling 306-694-4430. For those that can’t attend, the event will be recorded and placed on the City’s website, www.MooseJaw.ca.

Registration deadline is Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
