MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw and Winmar Moose Jaw are proud to unveil new waterslide branding and naming rights for the waterslide at the Kinsmen Sportsplex Pool.

Winmar’s sponsorship branding at the indoor pool includes important safety messages from their mascot, ‘Willy Winmar’, to pool & waterslide users.

“We thank Winmar Moose Jaw owners Kyle Jacques and Anna Tzortzis for their continued support of our recreation programs and services,” said Derek Blais, Parks & Recreation Director. “Since 2019 they have committed $4,000 towards the Tot’s N’ Turf Program at the Yara Centre, $6,000 towards advertising signage at the Dog Park and Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool, and $5,100 towards water slide naming rights sponsorship at the Kinsmen Sportsplex pool for a total contribution of $15,100.”

Today (November 2, 2022), the City and Winmar formalized the naming rights sponsorship agreement with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Winmar Waterslide at the Kinsmen Sportsplex pool.  The three-year agreement took effect on September 15, 2021 and runs until September 14, 2024.
