City Of Moose Jaw To Begin Mailing Utility Bills
October 15, 2025
Moose Jaw, SK – The City of Moose Jaw advises that utility bills will start being mailed out again, as Canada Post workers have begun rotating strikes.
The City stopped mailing out utility bills earlier this month, instead using call-out software to undertake targeted calls to areas that had recently been billed. The calls advised utility customers to email waterbilling@moosejaw.ca to request their current balance or a copy of their utility bill.
Utility customers are advised that bills are once again being sent out, starting with the oldest outstanding. Customers are also advised that there may still be delays in bill delivery as rotating strikes continue, and they should email waterbilling@moosejaw.ca to request their current balance or a copy of their utility bill if they have recently been billed.
Billing schedules, route information, and payment options are available at moosejaw.ca/utilities. Please refer to your utility bill to identify your route.

| Routes | Remaining 2025 Billing Dates |
| 2-72 | Oct 21 |
| 80-141 | Nov 15 |
| 150-231 | Dec 7 |
| 240-261 | Dec 31 |
Please note that late fees will still apply despite any disruptions in mail delivery.
The City appreciates your understanding and cooperation at this time.
