Moose Jaw – The City of Moose Jaw is providing residents with fitness tips to implement while at home while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.
The City of Moose Jaw urges residents to adhere to self-isolation restrictions imposed by the provincial government but encourages all to find ways to stay active at home if possible. Some of those tips include:
- Warm up by marching around the house while swinging your arms.
- Soup cans or filled water bottles can substitute as weights.
- Wear proper footwear.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Turn up the music and have fun!
Additionally, Community Association fitness instructor Rita Beth has filmed an instructional video with a series of stretching exercises.
