MOOSE JAW – Effective today (July 7, 2021), you can use an app to pay for parking in downtown Moose Jaw.

The City of Moose Jaw is pleased to announce that all downtown meters will be integrated with the HotSpot parking app.

Users can download the HotSpot app for free in the Apple or Google Play app stores, create an account and start using the app in minutes.

Meters now feature numbered stickers and users enter the number specific to their meter in the app (some meters may not have a sticker on them as of today, but all stickers will be affixed by July 16).

New parking meters were not required to integrate the app, and all existing parking payment options (coins, Park Smart cards, etc.) are still in effect. In the lot behind City Hall, customers can use HotSpot FastPay without needing to download the app.

Additionally, Pre-paid Park Smart cards can be purchased at City Hall.
