MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw is pleased to announce the launch of a new Request For Service (RFS) app, new-look website and new logo.

“The new app and website have been designed with our residents in mind,” exclaimed Mayor FraserTolmie. “We’ve heard from Moose Javians that they would like an easier way to communicate with City Hall and know that they’ve been heard. The RFS app does exactly that, allowing users to report issues from their phone and get notifications when the issue is resolved.”

“As for the new-look website,” Tolmie continued, “it is far more user-friendly with better search functionality. Extensive research was done to reveal the priorities of website visitors and the new site was designed to enhance those features.”

Along with the new website and app (which can also be utilized via the website), the City revealed a new logo and colour scheme that showcases the slogan “Canada’s Most Notorious City” that was unveiled in 2019.

“It was time to update our image,” explained Mayor Tolmie, “ and we knew we wanted that image to include a moose that is bold, proud and looking towards the future, just like the City of Moose Jaw. Our City crest will still be utilized when appropriate,” Tolmie continued, “but over time the new logo will gain prominence in City correspondence, facilities and on our vehicle and Transit fleet.”
