City Council Adopts New Executive Committee Meeting Start Time

MOOSE JAW – Beginning Monday, December 14, 2020, City of Moose Jaw Executive Committee meetings will begin at 4:00 p.m.

At the regular meeting of City Council on Monday, December 7, Council adopted a new meeting schedule. Regular meetings of Council will still begin at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month (except for statutory holidays), however public Executive Committee meetings, previously held immediately following regular Council meetings, will now be held prior to the regular meetings. For the December 14, 2020 meeting the public Executive Committee meeting start time will be 4:00 p.m.

In-camera confidential Executive Committee meetings will be scheduled at the call of the Chair when necessary.

Shaw Cable has committed to broadcast the public Executive Committee meetings with the new start time, in addition to the regular meetings. All public meetings can also be streamed online with this link from the City’s website.
