MOOSE JAW – The City of Moose Jaw knows that starting a new business venture comes with many risks and the City has launched a new web page to assist entrepreneurs and developers navigate the early stages of construction.

Before you start:

  • Changing the Use of a Property.

  • A new business or renovation project.

“From site plans and architecture drawings to window specs and door swings, there’s a lot to consider,” explained Michelle Sanson, Director of Planning and Development Services. “We’re trying to ensure that entrepreneurs and developers know the applicable Zoning Bylaws and National Building Code standards ahead of time to avoid costly delays or on-the-fly renovations. The new web page was created in consultation with the Moose Jaw & District Chamber of Commerce and we appreciate the feedback we received from the business community.”
