Moose Jaw, SK – Servicing construction continues in the City of Moose Jaw’s Agri-Food Industrial Park.

The Agri-Food Industrial Park is situated in the southeast quadrant of the City (east of 9th Avenue SE and south of Coteau St.), and features over 700 acres of developable land.

KMS Construction Ltd. have begun installing sanitary, water and storm infrastructure on the site, which will service the new Sask Power Great Plains Power Station natural gas plant and future development. This construction is the second phase of servicing, and will connect to infrastructure installed in 2019.

“Our Agri-Food park is valuable and gives Moose Jaw a tremendous advantage,” said Jim Puffalt, City Manager. “We’re proactively recruiting agriculture and food-related projects, and having  serviced land available eliminates many negotiating hurdles. We expect interest in our Agri-Food Industrial Park will continue to intensify because of this work.”
