The City of Moose Jaw, pursuant to Zoning Bylaw No. 5346 is considering a discretionary use application as described below.

Civic Address: 452 Athabasca Street East

Legal Description: Lot 14, Blk/Par 23, Plan No. OLD96, Ext 0

Application: The applicant is proposing to use the property at 452 Athabasca St E, currently a Retail Store, as a Two-Unit Dwelling.  The property is zoned R4 – Core Mixed Residential District.

The application, and any representations, will be considered by City Council on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 228 Main Street North.
