Moose Jaw, SK – The City of Moose Jaw is advising property owners and residents that the following paving projects are ongoing.

Paving on Athabasca Street West from 2nd Avenue NW to 5th Avenue NW was delayed due to overlapping projects with SaskPower in the same area. The City and it’s contractors adjusted their schedule to allow SaskPower time to complete their work. Road work will begin the week of July 17, 2023, weather permitting. Alternate transit routes will be in place on Stadacona Street West for the duration of this project. For further details on bus route changes visit www.moosejaw.ca/transit or use the Transit feature on the free City of Moose Jaw app.

Additionally, contractors will complete paving the 1500 block of Caribou Street West this week, and it will be reopened Saturday. This project took place ahead of schedule due to the previously mentioned adjustment.

The City of Moose Jaw thanks you for your cooperation and patience during all these construction projects. If you have any further questions, please contact the Department of Engineering Services at 306.694.4596 or use the ‘Report an Issue’ feature on the free City App.

These projects are some of the 48 Capital projects approved in the 2023 Budget.
