2023 Infrastructure Renewal Program Resumes Monday

Moose Jaw, SK – The City of Moose Jaw advises that the continuation of the 2023 Water Main Replacement Program resumes on April 22nd, 2024.

Contractors will finish construction on 16th Avenue NW from Caribou Street to Stadacona Street to perform storm and sanitary upgrades and complete restoration work that was interrupted by weather in 2023. Caribou St. intersection will remain open, and work is expected to last four weeks, weather permitting.

Beginning April 29th, 2024, Fairford Street W from 5th Ave NW to 8th Ave NW will have road closures in place for the completion of restoration work from 2023. The intersections of 5th Ave NW and 8th Ave NW will remain open.

The City of Moose Jaw reminds residents that all area businesses remain open during construction and access will be available via sidewalks and temporary walkways.

Drivers are reminded to obey all temporary traffic signage and exercise caution in construction zones to keep everyone safe. No more #NotoriouslyClose calls.
