Moose Jaw – NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT
Pursuant to section 187 (1) of The Cities Act, notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the City of Moose Jaw for the year 2020 has been prepared and is open to inspection. With the temporary closure of City Hall due to COVID-19 precautions, you may view the assessment online by clicking here.
Any person having an interest in any property who wishes to appeal the assessment of that property to the Board of Revision is required to file his or her notice of appeal in writing to: The Secretary of the Board of Revision, 228 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3J8, on or before the 17th day of April, 2020. Or, you may drop it in the mail slot by the main doors of Moose Jaw City Hall along with the appropriate fee (please pay by cheque).

APPEAL FEE SCHEDULE Assessment appeals to the Moose Jaw Board of Revision must be accompanied by the appropriate appeal fee*: Residential Property (up to three units): $30/property Condominium (Residential): $30/unit

*If there is an error on the notice for ownership, property address, and/or legal land description, a copy of the current Certificate of Title must accompany the “Notice of Appeal” form. NO FEE IS REQUIRED.
*If there has been any change to school support, signature of all registered owners listed on the “Notice of Assessment” must appear on the “Notice of Appeal” form. NO FEE IS REQUIRED.
