The Moose Jaw Transit Annual Photo Contest invites residents, transit users, photography enthusiasts, and local photographers of all skill levels to showcase public transit through creative, meaningful photography, celebrating the people, places, neighbourhoods, and moments that make Moose Jaw unique. From scenic streetscapes and iconic landmarks to candid transit moments and community connections, we are looking for images that tell the story of life in the city.

Public transit connects neighbourhoods, people, and community spaces, and this contest is a chance to show that connection. Whether it’s a downtown sunset from a bus window, a favourite neighbourhood stop, or a snapshot of daily life in motion, we want to see Moose Jaw through your lens.

Twelve winning photographs are featured on official City Bus Passes, with each month featuring a different photo on the passes.  Selected images will also appear on the website and may be featured in future City promotional materials.

Submissions are CLOSED for 2026. Photos must be taken in Moose Jaw and submitted by email as high-resolution JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files. Entrants are asked to include their name, photo location, a short description of the image, and contact information.

For complete contest details, participants are encouraged to review the Photo Contest Rules and complete the Waiver Form. This document outlines the submission requirements, eligibility details, usage permissions, and waiver information needed to participate.
