Contact Information:Moose Jaw has been home for most of my life. I worked for the Provincial Government for 28 years and was an elected official of SGEU. Since retiring I have done private consulting for different organizations.
My career provided me the ability to deal with and develop budgets. I have dealt with time constraints along with a large variety of issues and people. I have experience with negotiations, arbitrations and resolutions. I can deal with complexed issues while leaving personal bias out to find the best resolution for all involved.
Council needs to treat the citizens of Moose Jaw as their clients. There needs to be better communication and planning of projects to allow easier access throughout the city. The issues and struggles of today need to be addressed effectively while looking at future needs of the city. I am committed to working hard as your new city council member.

Hello Everyone,
I am a Professional Engineering Technologist, Board Member, Community Volunteer and Private Business Owner. I am passionate about affecting positive change through negotiation and collaboration while adhering to the principles of governance. My commitment is and always has been to do what is best for the Community, our families and to ensure everyone is valued and heard. I believe we can build towards tomorrow through the building of relationships, within the city, between cities and provincially.
At this time I can not really make any promises on what I would like to see change or be able to change within the City, but know that I will always be responsive, responsible and make financially sound and environmentally sustainable decisions based on the facts in adherence with the bylaws, regulations and policies.
Good luck to everyone that has put forward their names for the Boards and City Council!

It would be an honour to represent you as one of your Moose Jaw counsellors. Moose Jaw has been my home for over 50 years. I believe the diverse demographic that makes up Moose Jaw provides a warm and welcoming environment for an expanding population.
I have over thirty years experience in the construction industry, specifically concrete. I have built many foundations in Moose Jaw and know the building blocks for durable foundations that will last years beyond me. I am also confidently able to bring my ideas to the table as well as discuss the many ways to strengthen our community. One way to increase the population is to encourage retention of our youth by recruiting new industries to take a chance on our city. Industries could help cover the cost of taxes as well as strengthen our economy.

When we moved here eleven years ago, we immediately fell in love with Moose Jaw. From a park every other block, to the friendly nature of our citizens, etc. From the beginning I took action to get involved in the community. I am active in the Filipino community with my wife, the St. Agnes SCC where I have been a member for the past 9 years and Treasurer for 4. I also served on the board for Gymtastiks as Treasurer for the past 4 years.
I spent 25 years in Financial Services where I worked as VP of Sales, Head Trader and for 18, as a financial planner building plans for Families, businesses and individuals.
I have experience studying budgets of cities larger than ours.
As counselor, I’ll be honest and will listen to your concerns, and will work harder to make a Moose Jaw you can be proud of.

I was born and raised in Moose Jaw. After high school, I was employed at Safeway for 21 years. I own and operate a tree business for over 30 years.
Our walking paths should be paved and dog park expanded. Our bumpy roads should be smoothed out. We need a tar and seal program so we can eliminate potholes in the Spring. We need to bring in more tourism but advertise more on the major highway that runs right by our City. We need to be the leaders in future energy, not the followers. We need better rebate programs for solar energy from the Provincial Government.
Our City is beautiful, but the citizens of Moose Jaw deserve much better.
I will try to unite Council to achieve these goals.
