MOOSE JAW, SK – The City of Moose Jaw is advising residents of an additional option for the disposal of natural Christmas trees this holiday season.

Starting December 26, 2025, until February 1, 2026, residents will be able to drop off their natural Christmas trees free of charge at the City of Moose Jaw Sanitary Landfill (1802 Caribou Street E).

This is in addition to the option of dropping off natural trees in a clearly designated area at the Community Bulk Recycling Depot (1050 High Street W) starting on December 26, 2025.

All decorations and tinsel should be removed prior to dropping off natural Christmas trees at either location.

Residents are reminded that Christmas trees will no longer be collected during regular waste collection days.
