Drop In Programs
The Kinsmen Sportsplex and Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool offer a variety of Swims and Water Workouts for Seniors. Check out all the Drop-in programs being offered by viewing the Drop In Fitness Schedule
All drop in programs are included in your Recreation Pass or cost the Senior Facility Drop in the Rate of $6.25.
